Finally I'm stable enough to write down my feelings.



Sunday, 2nd of december 2007, will be a day to remember.



Loss of a dear friend.. Uncle Dennis aka Oldfart



Sunday:

Went to nusajaya(malaysia) to go take a look at what i'll be racing the following weekend...

Had asked Mike to go together since ah biao could make it.



Under the shelter at the pitstop area, there was our guide, Benny.

Along with him, Dennis, Jason & Jay.



Its been nearly a year since i last trialed at nusajaya.... still remembering that i was riding a Honda XR400.... I was even joking with Dennis .... pulling all those memories that we had shared during that trip... 4-5 hours just to do 1 round.... thats Super long... considering that average riders could finish it in like 40 minutes.



All the smiles and jokes...



After the conversations, we geared up and started our First warm up round. Never did i though that it would be my last ride with Uncle Dennis...



Even at this moment, i can still remember his smiles and that So familar voice.



He was always there during all my first trips to new places....



1st Trail at TM... didnt bring hydro pack... as it was a last minute trail... almost gave up riding off-road... but it just made me go back for more.



1st Overseas trail to nusajaya... one of the funniest moment i shared with dennis... at the step up... first thing we reached there, Uncle Dennis took out his gears and sat on the floor.... I went beside him and asked.... "U not going to attempt the hill meh?" .... he just gave me the smiles.... suddenly it came to me.... "Is there another route? hehe thats Y u not going to try?" .... With a cheeky face... he answered "Yah.... hehehe... got another route... behind also can go up... rest first"



1st Trail to Planktong.... a very drama day where junxian fell and front wheel spokes broke.... some guys had to go out to town to get a tow truck .... we sat along the floors and talk cock sing song while waiting...



1st Trail to Kota Tingi ... Fell Big time at roller coaster downhill that my helmet turned 90 degrees... broke my radiator seal.... had to keep refueling coolant...



Although i haven't been riding much with him these few months.... ever since i started training for races with ah biao... but we always get to see each other in the trails. How can a person who has so much involvement in my life be forgottened? There will always be a place in my heart for him.



Rest in peace my dear friend.

Day 2 KL trip

was suppose to go genting in the morning but Paul couldnt get any sleep the whole night... so we decided to cancel the morning trip... we decided to continue to sleep

around noon... alvin woke up and decided to go out for a walk alone while me and Paul decided to continue to sleep... finally Alvin came back around 1530 and we all woke up to eat Subway. Sudden decision, we decided to head to GENTING ourselves...

Took a cab from fedral Hotel at 1630

arrived at 1800... we took photos and walked around.... in search of toliet before going to the CASINO.

1830-1900 we walked into the CASINO and started the tour to see wat games are there to play.... our guide... PAUL ~!

FIRST GAME.... and i guess the onli game we played... lolx.... DICEs

FIRST BET : BET on onli 1 number.... 11.... 20RM.... i guess i was really trying my luck.... never survey or anything... just bet on number 11.... i guess i was predicting it like marjhong dice. First bet and guess wat... I won.... 20RM pay 6 times. which was 120RM on my first win. Paul and Alvin was giving the "I cant believe it" look. lolx

Ups and downs.... TOTAL damage : NIL TOTAL Winning: 400RM WooTs~

took a cabby down ... back to KL... straight to CHINATOWN.... and SHOPPING time.
I bought a pair of Shoes... thats all.... despite my winnings.... guess there wasnt much i was into shopping for.

Headed back to the hotel and I had shopping spree again... for food... lolx.

After eating... it was time to go sleep and get ready for the main dish.... motoGP

End of Day2

Day1 KL Trip

Ups~!

Over the Weekend... went up to KL with Bros,Paul and Alvin.

19th
didnt sleep at all so that we could sleep on the bus to KL.
0800 - arrived at Motoworld for gathering and take the bus.
0830 - Bus moved Off
0915 - Reached SG customs (tuas 2nd link)
0930 - Reached MY customs

.....

After loads of sleeping and eating.... we arrived at our hotel, Hotel CasaNova at 1700
checked in at 1730 or so.... loads of ppl to check in... we had the choice of selecting between 2 rooms as we are going to squeeze 3 ppl in a room... so we picked the bigger room on the 2nd floor.

Slept from 1800 till 2030 i think. then it was time to go out and shop around. first stop... TIME SQUARE.

TIME SQUARE : had dinner there. walked around for just a short while because it was closing already.... then it was BIKE viewing time just in front of starbucks. haha Paul and Alvin did some Filming of their own and i just Slacked around.

Off to patalin street <--- i guess i spell wrong... or i should just say... CHINATOWN.... damn... its nearly CLOSED
Alvin : bought cloths, belt and shades
Paul : bought shades and belt
Me : just a belt
went to buy some provisions before be went back to the hotel.

Back at the hotel... we decided that we shouldnt let our first night here get wasted... so we decided to go get some DRINKS..... came upoon this pub so we went in to have a drink.
AT THE PUB: they onli had TIGER BEER.... OMG 3 of us had 2 cans EACH.... Thats the end for Day 1

Why do people only know to treasure things when Its LOST?

There are so many examples right in front of our very eyes.

Its a ticking time bomb.

Words are said yet it never enters the ears of the people who needs to hear them.

As quickly as things are said, people just forgets whats been said... something that u have said but always being pushed away.

Whats the point of saying when its like never been HearD?


Troubles at home. Who can listen to me? Why should i tell that person? Whats worth telling this person? Whats the difference telling this person and talking to a tree?

If a painkiller becomes pain itself... then wats the point in taking this pill?

There is enough things to worry about...
I dont need anymore things to think about...
There is not enough me to go around...

Appearance can be decieving... I may look happy and cheerful all the time... but there issit much ppl who can share and understand my pains.


Y is there a need to talk to "Rose"??? Its a simple reason...

People make fun of it.... but thats just shallow... they'll never know the real reason behind it.

Consoles are all the same... Wheather its from someone important or just a nobody... so Y is there a need to talk to someone important about your problems?

Its the early hour to the start of my birthday.

Went to see the guys play soccer just now...

It hasnt been a good year for me... although i just finish my project and stuff... but I'm still feeling lost.

How much can a person take before he reach his limit of tolerance? I feel like a soft drink bottle... so much gas that I wanna burst. No matter wat I say doesnt make a difference.... perharps I should do something about it?

That Sweet Feeling

That sweetie feeling where in the darkness, someone just gave u a candle. Its nothing much to most ppl, but to me, the small things really matters.

Spent friday night watching Transformers(2355hrs) with Sweetie at bishan. Its been some time since we late caught a HOT movie. Surprisingly we got tickets on the nite itself.

Saturday:
Trial from 1-3pm?? somewhere around there...
Got injured around 1.30-2pm Yesh..~ I hurt my left KNEE... some stupid move that i tried to do but end up crashing. Surprisingly, could finish the trial and continued for 2nd round... haha not that i had a choice... had to get to the other end of the trial to get back my number plate... and back again to meetup with jojo.

Got home with a already limping leg... had to try to act normal so that my mum wouldnt nag at me. After relaxing for a while, went down to ViVo to meet Sweetie for dinner... OOOoops... that was all that was written on my face when i saw her. haha. She gave me the "OMG Wat have u done" look... haha Had "Bak Kut Teh" for dinner. and we called a cab to go to Sweetie's place for SLEEP.... YESssh... SLEEP... Both of us were super tired.... she had work without much sleep beacuse of TRANSFORMERs.... I needed the sleep because of the trial.

Things were simple... but i could feel warmth... I could feel her care and she is more sensitive to how i feel now.

I dont need anyone but U. The only one I Love is U. The only one who can hurt me is also U. Things that i have commited to is U... and my bike... lolx.

Dinner

DinnEr is a Bitch... Everything is going wrong for me. even the rice that my mum cooked was wrong. her rice was nice and white... mine was sprinkled with some black shit... realising... its because her rice is scooped from the top... and mine from the bottom... it was the last serving of rice... with the color of the cooking pot dark grey... my mum didnt realise that there were black spots in my rice... Sheesh... even the bugs are shitting at me.

Going to take a shower and wait for the time to take my medication... then off to bed.

What a lousy day... i just wanna sleep it over. maybe things will be better after a sleep.
(Hope i dont get nightmares.. )

有心无力

Even my mum could tell that there was something wrong.... there must be something written on my face... She could tell that I was tired. Stomach flu... thats wat the doc tells me... Thats wat I told my mum. I just wasnt in the mood to go to school. I guess there is a test today, but with my current condition, theres no way I'm going to score on this one. I had to produce a MC to cover my absence and for a re-test.

Thinking a whole lot of things in my mind.. I couldnt sleep last night...

Lethargic the whole day... I pounced to bed the moment i got home from shopping with my mum. Now its time to eat dinner , take my medication and pounce back to bed...

Saturday
Trial: Guess I'm quite established as trial leader at TM. Brought along the guys from magic to TM, Mark(gasgas250),Edwin(KTM4),Kelvin(KTM4),Greddy(DRZ),Paul(XR4),Ah-Loo(RMX250).

Kelvin(KTM4) was a newbie, first time at off-road. But he did well at adapting most of the terrains by the first half of the trial. I think he is in his 30s or so... looks cute with his moustache. haha. We made alot of rest for his sake, because of his age and first time at off-road, guess it was pretty hard for him. Speed of the trial was rated as Very slow, but it was a good experience.

Paul(XR4) didnt get to see anything amazing as he was in the middle of the pack... I was leading. He hasnt been riding for quite some time, so I would say he is still good. Had some problem at the sand hill, but that proberbly was the onli problem.

Greddy(DRZ) is a very experience rider, didnt have any problem that I could see. Always on the pace and looking out for his friend Kelvin.

Ah-Loo(RMZ250) didnt have any problem until towards the end of the trial, had a fall and was tired out from then on. Maybe it was the heat that was getting to him. Overall good performance, always on the go to help a stranded kaki.

Edwin(KTM4) Great improvement from the late time I see him ride. A few Silly mistakes or mishaps but always keeping up and keeping me informed as he is the back-marker with my Walkie-talkie. Good work, ride more.

Mark(gasgas250) Perharps too slow pace for the both of us. Experience and fast rider. Super amazed by how he can ride without a visor or goggle. Loads of smoke break for the both of us. haha.

ME(KTM4) Great ride for me. Smooth,confident. Happy that my walkie-talkie got put into good use. A great Achievement for me on this day, I've found the NEW-TRIAL that ah biao laid. haha.

Night time~ SweeTie had dinner over at my place with my mum and me. Watched "Pirates" at 11.30pm... after movie, SweeTie was tired and wanted to go home. I was tired too.... trialed for 5 hours today... haha.... but was not ready to let my Saturday just pass like that. So i called the guys and they were playing bowling at Marina South. Drove SweeTie and myself to adam road food court ( a mid-point where I could take a cab down to MS and Sweetie could drive home), then off I went to play bowling... 3 games... OMG my arm was aching by the time i reached home.

16-17 june 2006 Road Trip

Its a Cooling Saturday morning. Just spoke to Sweetie pie over the phone as she will be flying over to Japan for holiday with her family. Yes yesh~ from 13~20th of june... I had onli seen her for Half a day. I've got to admit it, I'm missing her like crazy.

Morning

I was suppose to meet paul at 0800hrs to meet at Alvin's place for the road trip, but both of us took our own sweet time and had onli meet up around 0820hrs. Haha we were expecting the rest of the people who are going for the road trip to be late. Who had expected that everyone was on time and we were the late ones to reach. Well, we rather be late than to be early ... I guess... as it sucks to be the early/on time ones all the time, waiting for the late comers.

It was drizzling by the time we reached Alvin's place... we quickly loaded up our bags to Ivan's car... put on our rain coats and on our way.

Dramas:
Singapore customs - Jam all the way from either choices below or above the woodlands exit. Well it wasnt a problem for the bikers.
After the bikers had cleared the customs, we headed down to T.Sentosa to rest and wait for the lancer to arrive. Suddenly, I felt my phone ringing... at first i thought it was my mum who called me. NO... It was Beng, who was inside the lancer... It was an unexpected call.... The lancer had run out of fuel at the customs. " Malaysia or Singapore?" luckily... it was Malaysia. Phew. Request: can u send someone to buy petrol and bring it over to the customs? Weili and Julius were up to the task. Me, Alvin, Paul waited with the bikes.... until julius came back ... we sat in the coffee shop to wait for the lancer's news. Apparently the lancer had some problems with a new gadget that was installed a few days ago.

Afternoon

After some delay because of the car and rainy weather, we had to skip Korta Tingi. Braving through the rain, the bikers had the advantage of squeezing through the traffic and proceeded to our destination. Along the way, we made 2 stops... 1.) to the Gents , 2.) to get petrol.

Upon arriving at Daisaru resort, we were given privilege to park at the front porch. Gave the security some "tips" to help look after our bikes... through our very own MVP, julius.

Evening

Checked into our rooms, played Russian poker till dinner time... went to eat sea food and stuffs. let the pictures do the talking. After dinner, we caught some fireworks by the locals.... for wat occasion? we also dont know. haha. bought some snacks and drinks , off we went... back to the resort...

went to wash bikes with the guys... took some photos... and went Thomson Mince meet noodles.

Manage to talk to SweetiE before any of these took place.... miss her so much... well she'll be back very soon... counting down by the hours.

Sweetie Flew to Hongkong this morning... had a short conversation before her flight. Quite worried as Hongkong is having bad weather... thunder storm. I know that I shouldnt be worrying so much... just leave everything to fate. I just need to do some other stuff to keep my mind from wondering off.

Morning
Took the chance to help my parents to top up their EZlink cards. Stroll with there to braddell MRT just to top up there cards... then off they went to bishan to settle some giro thingy because of the GST shit.

Walked to 7-eleven to buy some Milk tea to store at home.

Afternoon
Had chicken rice from Bishan 金山林... guess it was almost time for Sweetie to reach Hongkong ... so just sms her to ask if she had reached safely... pretty dumb Qn ritE~
Well... all was well and she was on her way to the factory..... and stuffs.
Guessed my heart was at ease... so went to the mamashop to buy coffee and newspaper... my usual routine... met up with Paul and Kidd... Drama Again for Kidd.... apparently... he drove the merc to tuas... and the car got PAINTED.... actually... got struck by drips of paint all over the car. From some painting job near where he parked the car. Washed my bike abit.... before i introduced Kidd to some shop that does polishing... brought him down all the way to ubi to ask the professional. The Advice was " Go claim against the people who did the painting... can claim them one... " an estimated $150 for doing the polish that will remove the paint. Well... i left him to go decide wat he want to do... cause i had to go meet Paul at magic to do some bike servicing for our road trip.
Magic : Engine oil... wash carb... wash air-filter... spark-plug & an unforeseen damage.... my side stand had broken from the frame.. its just hanging on my a bolt and a spring. phew... luckily Ah Biao spotted the problem. He did the welding for me... personally... whao.... its like never see him use the welding machine before. hurhur. Bike is now is perfect condition.

Night
Just finished dinner... waiting for plans to be made... either going to wash bike AGAIN? or maybe going to play Pool... so have some time to type this blog in... just in case Sweetie checks in , she will know wat i had done all day. hehe that all for now... will blog again after midnight.

Its been quite a while since i last injured myself... well... i think i've been too cocky... not wearing my guards and all.... finally got punished ... its been a very hot day at trial... but it was damn amazing to see Biao and son going on and on ... lolx.. feel so low level... haha
